To restore your lost purchase, please follow these steps:
Restore Purchases: Go to the app settings and select "Restore Purchases." Your purchase should be restored immediately after.
If the restoration is unsuccessful, please check the following:
Internet Connection: Ensure that you are connected to a stable and functioning internet.
Check Subscription Status: Check with your app store provider to see if your subscription is still active or if the payment was successful.
Correct Account Use: Make sure that the app is installed with the correct App Store or Google Play Store account. If not, uninstall the app, log in with the account used for the subscription, and reinstall the app.
By following these steps, you should be able to successfully restore your lost purchase.
